homas Noel’s introduction to the California restaurant scene was a bit unorthodox. After traveling across the world teaching himself various cultural cuisines, the California native secured a sous chef position at the Big Sur bakery, the acclaimed restaurant in Big Sur California.
Thomas Noel then became the chef of Fernwood resort in Big Sur developing a from scratch menu that the locals and tourists could enjoy. It’s not surprising that Noel is praised for his aesthetic sensibilities, crafting food that is simultaneously pleasing to the eye and the palate.
Now he joins us at Sardine Lake Resort, with delicious cuisine to come back for time and time again.
